Funding Options Available to Access Inclusee Virtual Community Services
Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
The Commonwealth Home Support Program is available for people aged 65+ (or 50+ for First Nations people) who are not currently receiving a Home Care Package. To receive free social support services from Inclusee as part of the CHSP program you must be registered with My Aged Care and have been assessed as eligible for group or individual social support services.
By accessing Inclusee via this program, you will have unlimited access to the Inclusee community, and there are NO co-contribution fees or out-of-pocket costs for participants accessing Inclusee social support services via the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
To check your eligibility, call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422. Once approved, simply provide us with your My Aged Care (MAC) Number to get started.
Home Care Package/Support at Home (HCP)
If you have a Home Care Package (any level), you can chose to use your HCP funding to pay for Inclusee services as social support. If you chose this option a monthly invoice will be issued to your home care provider and payment will be allocated from your Home Care Package funds.
To get started, simply provide us with your provider’s name and invoice email. While your access to the Inclusee community unlimited, your provider will be billed for 2 hours per week of Group Social Support at the standard government rate.
This will give you unlimited access to the Inclusee community, and the full amount is charged to your packaged funds. There are NO co-contribution fees or out-of-pocket costs for participants accessing social support services via a Home Care Package.
Carer Gateway Packages
If you are a registered carer, you can choose to include Inclusee as part of your Carer Gateway Package. Inclusee does not charge any co-contribution fees under this funding option. To get started, simply provide us with the name of your package provider and their email address for invoicing.
This will give you unlimited access to the Inclusee community, and the full amount is charged to your packaged funds. There are NO co-contribution fees or out-of-pocket costs for participants accessing social support services via a Carers Gateway Package.
Private Payment
We endeavour to make Inclusee services available and accessible to everyone who would like to join us. If for any reason you don't have access to Government Funded services, or do not wish to use them, you can join as a private participant by making a small financial contribution towards the running of our clubs. The contribution fee for non-funded participants is $25 per month which can be auto debited from a credit/debit card each month, or manually paid each month via direct bank deposit or online card payment.
