Inclusee Membership: Funding Options
Inclusee offers a range of membership options so people can access our Virtual Community in the way that works best for them. All options provide full access to Inclusee’s online community, clubs, and activities.
Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
The Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) is available to people aged 65 years and over (or 50 years and over for First Nations people) who are not currently receiving a Home Care Package. To access Inclusee through CHSP, you must be registered with My Aged Care and approved for group or individual social support services. Participants accessing Inclusee through CHSP pay no co‑contribution fees or out‑of‑pocket costs.
To check eligibility, contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422. Once approved, you can provide your My Aged Care (MAC) Number during registration.
Home Care Package/Support at Home (HCP)
If you have a Home Care Package at any level, you can use your package funding to access Inclusee as a social support service. A monthly invoice is sent directly to your home care provider and paid from your package funds. Your provider will be billed for two hours per week of Group Social Support at the standard government rate. This provides acces to Inclusee Community, with no co‑contribution or out‑of‑pocket costs.
To get started, simply provide your provider’s name and billing email address during registration.
Carer Gateway Packages
Registered carers may choose to access Inclusee through their Carer Gateway Package. This option provides unlimited access to the Inclusee Community, with all costs covered by your package funding. No co‑contribution or out‑of‑pocket costs apply.
To set this up, you’ll need to provide your Carer Gateway provider’s name and billing email address.
Private Payment
If you’re not eligible for government‑funded services, or prefer not to use them, you can join Inclusee as a privately funded participant. Private participants contribute $25 per month towards the running of our online clubs and activities.
Payments can be made via monthly auto‑debit, direct bank transfer, or online card payment.
